Escaping the white water rut in 2014!

We have all been there, in a bit of a rut with our surfing, wondering if we will ever achieve that next goal, wether its catching a green wave, riding along the face, feeling confident in bigger surf, turning or just understanding the conditions better so that you can be in the right place at the right time..

If any of this sounds like you then its time to invest in the next level of your surfing progression.  Sign up for one of our summer Improver Weekends, there is no going back to basics (unless you need to), just a fun weekend with fellow surfers, setting achievable goals with your instructors to take you to that next level. Each session has a dedicated Surf Sistas videographer and we review the footage over the weekend with you.

Our improver weekends are spread throughout the summer in Wales and Cornwall, click here to find out more about weekends in Llangennith, and here for the Cornwall option.  Our Cornwall weekends include transportation from London if needed, our Surf Bus heads down on Friday evening after work and comes back Sunday afternoon.  If you want to come with a friend who hasn't surfed before then check out our beginner weekends for them, you can hang out together and just take separate lessons.

Summer 2014 Surf Courses in Wales

We can't wait to be back in Wales for Summer 2014 & we have a smorgasbord of courses lined up for you!

Our beginner surf weekends are great for anyone looking to ride their first waves under the watchful eyes of our Surf Sistas Coaches ..   Each two day course is £120 & dates for 2014 are:  14/15 June | 19/20 July | 13/14 Sept

Our White to Green Improver weekends are  the perfect opportunity to take your surfing to the next level in a relaxed, fun and supportive environment with other like-minded girls...  Each two day course is £135 & dates for 2014 are: 14/15 June | 19/20 July | 13/14 Sept

You might have noticed that we have scheduled our beginner and improver courses on the same weekends, this is no accident, we wanted you to be able to enjoy our weekends with your friends whatever your ability level. So bring your newbie surfers along, everyone will take the right course for them & we'll all be hanging out together for lunch!

If you have a bit more time to spare then check out our popular 5 day White to Green course, 7-11 July 2014. This is a real investment in your surf progression and its a really fun week as well!

Our Costa Rica Surf Road Trip is a 10 day Surfari along the stunning coastline of the Nicoya Peninsula, its an amazing adventure and perfect for all surfing abilities.  Beginners will love learning with our Surf Sistas coaches on sandy bottom beach breaks, while improvers and experienced surfers will benefit from our higher level coaching and the incredible surf we will encounter on our route.

Our Surf & Yoga Retreats in Santa Teresa are 7 day escapes packed full of waves, Yoga and beach and jungle activities. Again great for all abilities and we will be exploring all the different breaks on offer in the Santa Teresa area to make sure you are surfing the right waves for you each day.   Our surf and yoga retreats include 2 surf coaching sessions each day so perfect if you really want to progress with your surfing, if you just want to spend some time chilling in a hammock thats fine too!
